Great Product
5 out of 5 5 of 5 stars
"I wear this belt nearly everyday. It is extremely durable, good-looking, and infinitely sized. Looks great with jeans, khakis, shorts, and outdoor wear. Super functional. I own two and will probably buy another!"

Nice belt
4 out of 5 4 of 5 stars
"Belt is nice, sturdy material, aluminum buckle has a nice look to it (not too shiny, subdued appearance). When cinched, it keeps pants up without slipping.

Only concern was belt is a bit large since it's one size fits all (I wear size 30 to 31 inch pants) so there is a lot of excess strap left over that has to be tucked around your waist. I'm thinking of cutting it but the cut end might fray unless the ends are burned.

Overall, I nice belt that I imagine will last a long time... better for waist sizes > 33-34 inches.

a better belt
5 out of 5 5 of 5 stars
"i've had several belts similar to this over the years - from other brands. All of them tend to loosen throughout the day which always annoyed me so i quit wearing them. I was a bit skeptical when i got this as a gift because of that. Patagonia pulled through for me once again. This belt is heavy duty and has a really solid feel. Teeth on the buckle keep the strap position throughout the day. There is a good chance i'll be buying another one or two in other colors. Excellent product."

Too Big of a Belt
2 out of 5 2 of 5 stars
"I was excited to see this belt and went and picked one up. I should have spent more time in the store, i didn't realize this belt was so big (i have a 32 waist). It probably went around me 1.25 times. I fixed this problem by cutting it and then burning the end which worked. After wearing for awhile, i just started to feel like the belt buckle was just too big, and it made a bulge in the lower part of some of my shirts which i just didn't like. I will probably still wear the belt for more heavy duty activities but i'm looking for something lighter and more versatile.."

A secret key to bottled refreshment
5 out of 5 5 of 5 stars
"Before boarding the 12 hour overnight train from Vientiane to Bangkok I picked up a couple of Singha beers to help pass the time. As the train rolled away from the station I suffered the crushing realization that I had no means of opening my tasty barley pop. The bottles and I began to perspire in the tropical heat. The porter was nowhere to be found, the dining car empty. I then remembered that not only was I wearing a fantastic belt, but a belt that had the power to unleash refreshment found in so many capped vessels. Tech Web Belt saved the day once again.

The belt is sturdy, well constructed, and quite stylish.

Improvements do the trick
5 out of 5 5 of 5 stars
"I bought one of the originals and though I really like it found that it was too flimsy and slipped easily. I just bought another one a few months ago (cedar-great color) and found that the problems were solved - stiffer and no slippage! Great work!"

Solid Belt
5 out of 5 5 of 5 stars
"This belt is absolutely bomb proof while still remaining very light. I've always had an issue with belts, if you get a cinch belt then it slowly loosens, if you get a punch hole belt then it doesn't always fit especially when your adding and subtracting layers. That changed with this belt though, it is the only cinch belt I have owned that doesn't come loose after a while. The bottle opener also works better than expected."

"Designed to hold up pants and it does it with style. Unfortunatley, belt does not fit loops of older stand up shorts or dressier models."

Thoughtful Design

"Tough, brawny belt. But with extreme movement it will loosen up so that I’ll need to cinch it again. If it didn’t come loose this would be a great belt."

"This is a great belt, a bit bigger than I thought, but fits me nicely. The only thing is that the buckle is supposed to be bottle opener, but it doesn't work like I thought it would."

Great belt

"Stout enough to not roll like narrower web belts. Looks great and bottle opener has been most handy. The only thing I would change is to make the buckle ceramic to allow belt to be worn through TSA lines."

Great belt does its job!
5 out of 5 5 of 5 stars
"I really wanted a more rounded buckle and initially did not buy this belt for that reason. But when I finally broke down and got the belt, I was very pleasantly surprised. This belt is excellent. It looks great but more importantly, it will hold up any manner of pants, shorts or equipment comfortably and efficently. It is excellent with shorts, jeans, or work pants and will easily support any belt tools you feel are needed from a Leatherman Wave to an oversized smart phone. Once set, it does not slip. I am not nearly as thin as I once was, yet this belt really does its job. I liked my first belt so much, I ordered a second one in a different color."

Politically correct pant support

"Brawny pant support that is infintely adjustable, morally superior, with a handome buckle that pops your top. It even works to tie down a raft frame."
