"Inspirational, did I say inspirational enough. Run my own small business, understand that a successful business is more than making profit. What if more businesses were run in this manner!!!!! Read this book cover to cover in 1 day. Enjoy the outdoors and my business is related to it. What good is business if there isn't any outdoors to enjoy."

"I'm in the venture capital business. My job is to invest in smart, typically young, entrepreneurs and help them build their businesses.
I give each of them a copy of this book. Some of them think I'm crazy - what do surfing, fishing, mountain climbing have to do with them? But this book is all about them...it's about building a culture to guide them in good times and bad.
It's about having a vision that encompasses products, customers, employees, values. It's about building something that can buck the odds and sail through headwinds while enjoying the ride.
